Like so many other small desert towns...you'll get no service here. Boarded up and left to rot.


Ok...not sure what's going on with the area under the sign??? The high res looks ok...but I don't like the variance in light on the web view. I'll work on it more.

absolutely super reminds me of that movie w sean Penn where he gets stuck in that town with Jennifer Lopez Powers Boothe, Nick Nolte , and Billy Bob Thornton super HDR on this one :clap:clap:

Do you use Photomatix? Sometimes I see those same type artifacts with too strong a light smoothing setting. Either way I dig this shot ;>

I like the sense of nowhere.. I never been in that kind of a desert so I cant say nothing about colors but I can say that I like it like a reportage pic:D

reminds me a scene from horror movie when u are traveling in desert and accidentally stop in a small desert town and there's almost no life in it and a madman comes after u.. lol :D

Great HDR subject and effective result.. well done. I like how the whole metallic feel of the boxes is carried thru to that blue sky.
